Suffering an injury in a car or truck accident, while at work, or in any other type of accident is devastating. Having your immigration status denied or changed without preparation is stressful. No matter your situation, the Barrios-Virguez Attorneys are here to guide you to a solution that either involves compensation or a resolution.
Welcome to our family. Below, you will find important information that will help you understand our working relationship.
Your First Point of Contact
The first point of contact you will interact with when signing on as a client of Barrios-Virguez Attorneys is someone from the client engagement department. This representative is here to answer all of your questions, schedule appointments, ease your worries, and help you understand the legal process.
We Will Thoroughly Assess Your Situation
Whether you suffered an injury in a motorcycle accident, while at work, or need assistance with your immigration status, the representative from the client engagement department will thoroughly assess your situation.
We will listen to your explanation of what happened in order to determine if the issue is something our firm has experience with and can handle on your behalf. In order to make this determination, we may ask you a series of questions.
How We Handle Consultations
Once the client engagement department representative determines that your case is one we can tackle, we will provide you with the following consultation information:
- Whether or not there is a consultation fee
- The days of consultations
- Our flexibility with consultations (in person, over the phone, or via zoom)
If your case involves an injury and you cannot travel, our team can come to your location for the consultation.
How to Schedule a Consultation
Once you agree to our consultation procedure, we begin the intake process for a new client. You will have to answer a couple of questions that provide us with background information about the case so our attorneys can review the case. The next step in the process is to schedule the consultation based on the availability of you and the attorney.
If payment is required for the consultation, it will be collected at this time.
Confirmation of Scheduled Consultation
If payment was required and it was provided, we will then send you a confirmation for the consultation. The confirmation is sent in writing. You can change the scheduled consultation or ask any other questions by contacting your client engagement department representative during the firm’s normal business hours.
We are here to help every step of the way as you fight to recover compensation.
